  • half a pack of House of Dumplings Japanese Six-Mush Dumplings
  • vegetable oil (leave it in room temp from frozen for 30 mins before cooking)
  • 1 eggplant, cut into thin strips
  • 1 capsium, cut into thin strips
  • 1 zuccini, cut into thin strips
  • a bunch watercress
  • salt
  • poppy seeds
  • our mum's sauce + Chili Oil
